Product Management. Manage and model server and service solutions. The module includes out of the box capability to publish and present modeled solutions directly to your commerce website. Manage solution prices for base offerings, discounts, and promotions. Complex pricing capabilities include pricing per customer, product, specified time frame or based on volume-based purchasing.
Sales Management. Manage leads and prospects within our Customer Center module. Once the initial data order entry is complete by the Marketing/Lead prospecting group, all data can be viewed throughout the system in real time, saving the sales team time and avoiding duplicating efforts when assessing the prospects? needs. Quotes can quickly be converted to sales orders and triggers internal functions to begin the provisioning and billing processes.
Operations Management. Using the data center modeling functionality, you can track servers by location type or status using serial numbers, and drill down into the subcomponents of each server to easily identify problems. Technical support captures detailed time stamped information about technical support processes, improving scheduling, ordering and provision orders. Procurement is managed from creation of the purchase order, to receipt of goods, to payment under one system while controlling component inventory.
Billing Management. Recurring invoices, setup fees, and overage billings are all standard within the billing management function. Real-time aging reports are available to decrease habitual slow payers. System alerts communicate with support that a customer is on the billing watch list eliminating support to non-paying customers. Increased revenue with an easy to use billing system that encourages support to bill for services not covered under customer?s service contract.
Financial Management. General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Bank, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions are integrated, allowing for analysis of all financial dimensions including accurate comparative cash flow, profit reporting, and collections. Real-time financials postings can be accessed easily, originating from the rest of the system including sales, purchasing, and production. Asset records are created for servers and their components by creating asset relationships. Depreciation methods for different class of servers can also be constructed.
Human Resource Management. Utilize the Role centers for HR Directors, Training and Development personnel, and Recruiting and Staffing managers to organize and personalize daily tasks and speed productivity. All employee information can be kept in one place so employee data can be managed across your organization. Manage employee data including position, salary, skills, performance reviews and certifications with Human Resource Management.
