Relocation is not required.
Job Duties
- Will work on a team with Solutions Lead, Functional Consultants, and Developers
- Will lead the supply chain design process by meeting with business process leaders to determine business requirements
- Utilize business process knowledge to understand the new system's impact on supply chain, manufacturing and distribution management
- Perform gap analysis between ERP functionality and client requirements
- Write design documentation and corresponding functional specifications
- Communicate functional specs with Developers
- Write test scenarios and perform testing
- Assist customer with data migration
- Train users on their customized ERP solution
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the entire process
Position Requirements
- Successful full life-cycle Tier 1 ERP implementations required with at least one of the following Tier 1 ERP solutions: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, Peoplesoft, IFS, or Intentia
- Strong background in ERP concepts especially in supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution management
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Experience as a Lead Functional Consultant performing business analysis by meeting business process owners to determine gap analysis and design
- Experience writing functional specifications based on business requirements analysis and communicating those specifications to Developers
- The candidate must have excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite and other consulting tools
- Experience writing test scenarios and cases
- Experience training users
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Candidate should be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Competencies
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or Tier 1 ERP certifications are strongly desired
- Previous experience as a supply chain consultant in a leadership role
- Data migration experience
- Working knowledge of relational databases is preferred
- Familiarity with the Microsoft platform (SQL Server, .Net)
- Experience with textile, apparel, footwear, and furniture industries
