ERP Reseller, Sunrise Technologies presents Microsoft Dynamics AX at the 6th ERP Vendor Shootout™, an event for mid-sized companies with manufacturing, distribution, and project-oriented requirements to determine a “short list” when evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.
WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Feb.18, 2010 –Sunrise Technologies will be presenting the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solution in a unique event where attendees are able to conduct a side-by-side comparison with other top ERP solution competitors. The ERP Vendor Shootout will be held in Atlanta, GA on March 18 & 19, 2010 where seven of the world’s top Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions will be presented over the two-day event. The ERP Vendor Shootout gives companies who are looking to replace their ERP system a fast and less costly method to develop a short list of vendors. Sunrise Technologies will be representing Microsoft Dynamics AX for the fourth consecutive ERP Vendor Shootout.
The targeted audience for this event is mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and project-oriented companies who are considering an ERP software selection or upgrade. The Shootout provides an opportunity for selection teams to view scripted software demonstrations so that the same functionality is demonstrated across the board, allowing companies to save the time and expense of on-site demonstrations.
Technology Evaluation Centers (TEC) of Montreal, Canada will serve as the moderator of the event and each of the ERP packages will be represented by an official Value Added Reseller within the region.
The goal of the event is to simplify the ERP software selection process by coordinating onsite software presentations and delivering them in a one and a half day event. End-user attendees will participate in a series of scripted demos from resellers, gaining a side-by-side, comparative view of product functionality, user interfaces, and overall usability. The event will also feature a networking cocktail hour to conclude the day.
In conjunction with the ERP Shootout, APICS, the Association for Operations Management, will be offering a series of online courses for attendees who are responsible or share the responsibilities of ERP selection for their companies. The course explains the basics of the ERP selection process from vendor selection to implementation.
